Curiosity Day on 7 September

On Sunday, 7 September 2025, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Forschungszentrum Jülich will open its doors to anyone who is curious! Visitors will have the opportunity to experience cutting-edge research up close, with exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into one of Europe’s largest research centres, which is not otherwise open to the public. Admission is free.

All information can be found here.

We are also participating in Curiosity Day. Our stand is located in the Central Library on the Research Centre campus. We are also helping to organise the programme. For example, we are hosting a discussion on hydrogen technologies for the Rhineland mining area in the Research Café in the Central Library from 11:50 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. At 11:15 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., we will also be giving two short presentations on our work and our projects at our stand. Everyone is welcome!
