Hydrogen for Your Ears

What are you actually doing with hydrogen? There was a simple answer to this easy question: We’re trying to do our bit in the fight against global warming by developing hydrogen into an important energy storage medium worldwide. Where and how are we doing this? The answers to these questions are exciting, but they take some time to explain. In the last few months, we have tried to provide some answers in three different formats.

Revier.Geschichten

Our scientific coordinator Dr. Susanne Spörler was a guest on the Revier.Geschichten podcast last autumn and spoke about what we are doing here during a half-hour episode that was all about hydrogen.

Science Online I

At the end of last year, our founding director Prof. Peter Wasserscheid took part in the Science Online event format in which researchers at Forschungszentrum Jülich talk about their work. During his presentation, he gave an insight into our organizational structure and what our work involves. His presentation lasts about 70 minutes.

Science Online II

At the end of May, our press spokesperson Guido Jansen also participated in the Science Online event and spoke about how a sustainable hydrogen economy is one of the keys to a net-zero future. You can watch the 40-minute presentation here via Teams.
